Job Summary:
The LPN performs tasks and responsibilities within the framework of casefinding, health teaching, health counseling, and provision of supportive and restorative care under the direction of a registered professional nurse, licensed physician, or other select licensed authorized health care provider. Must be able to prime & disinfect dialysis machine. Perform hemodialysis catheter care pre and post treatment. The LPN ensures that compassionate, engaged care meets or exceeds quality standards. Care is provided in an efficient and safe manner consistent with the NYS licensure and CHMC standard of care. LPN works under the direct supervision of an RN for the duration of their shift. This position includes weekend work as we provide services to patients 6 days a week. Most of our weekend days will be Saturday. However, if a holiday falls on a Mon-Sat, we will operate on a Sunday to make up our 6th day.REPORTS TO

Required:
High School Diploma / GEDLICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Required:
Valid NYS LPN license, BLS certification, Current CPR certification- The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants.
