As a Weekend LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care on weekends, ensuring our residents receive the best possible care and attention. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care and address patient concerns Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment Participate in mop-up duties and assist with tidying up the unit as needed Provide support to other members of the healthcare team to ensure smooth operation of the unit
Requirements:
Current LPN licensure in the state of New York High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or LPN training preferred 0 years of experience (entry-level LPNs encouraged to apply!) Ability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with electronic medical records and basic computer skills Join Our Team Today!
