Patient is a vibrant 14-year-old male with Down Syndrome. He is ambulatory and verbal, with a love for swimming, boating, and spending time outdoors. He attends school regularly and thrives with caregivers who are interactive and supportive. He has a mild respiratory condition and wears a pulse oximeter overnight for monitoring. During meals, he requires close supervision due to a choking risk.
Shifts Available:
EVENINGS
Friday and Saturday 4pm 9pm
OVERNIGHTS
Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9pm 9am
