M-F (Mostly 8a-4/9a-5p, 1-2 shifts would be 11a-7p)

Pay Rate:

Up to $35 an hour

Location:

Peekskill Responsibilities Monitor, document, and communicate patients' vital signs, measurements, and clinical status in a timely and accurate manner. Observe patients closely and promptly note any physical or emotional changes, escalating concerns to appropriate clinicians as needed. Prepare examination rooms for patient visits, ensuring all necessary equipment, instruments, and supplies are available and functioning properly. Select, prepare, and manage medical supplies and equipment to support efficient and safe patient care. Maintain a comfortable, organized, safe, and hygienic environment for patients at all times. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Prepare patients for follow-up care after treatment by providing clear instructions and ensuring understanding of care plans. Potentially guide, support, and educate other LPNs, contributing to a collaborative and knowledgeable nursing team. Serve as a knowledgeable resource on nursing-related issues within the clinical section, supporting both patients and colleagues. Organize and manage scheduling for patients and any necessary medical tests or procedures to support smooth clinic operations. Qualifications NYS LPN License APPLY NOW, for immediate consideration! Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Peekskill, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
