Penfield Place , a quaint 40-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking exceptional LPNs to join our team for Evening and Night shifts . We are proudly part of Hurlbut Care Communities , a locally owned and operated network of 11 skilled nursing facilities across 4 counties. Here, you get the charm of a smaller, close-knit building with the backing and incredible resources of long-term care experts.

$2,000 (Paid out at 30, 60, 90, and 180 days!)

Key Responsibilities Provide Heartfelt Care:
Administer prescribed medications and treatments, documenting accurately in our EMR system.
Monitor & Connect:
Deliver basic resident care (dressing wounds, checking vitals), answer call lights, and provide kind, compassionate comfort. Be the
Eyes & Ears:
Closely observe residents, track changes in condition, and report responses to treatment. Qualifications Must be currently licensed and in good standing as an LPN in NYS . Excellent communication and customer service skills. A dependable, reliable teammate who brings positive energy to our residents' days and nights. Ready to make a meaningful difference every day?
