Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Port Jefferson, NY | $40.00/Hour Join Affirmed Home Care - New York's Premier Concierge Home Care Agency Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a client in Port Jefferson, NY .

Port Jefferson, NY Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday Hours:

1:00 PM - 6:00

PM Pay:

$40.0 per hour

Client Needs:
