Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. Your expertise will ensure patients receive personalized, safe, and effective care while supporting their health and well-being. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. Hours are Monday through Thursday 8:20am to 4:30pm. Responsibilities To deliver comprehensive medical care by efficiently managing patient intake and vital signs. Document patient information accurately using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and ensure compliance with HIPAA and NYS regulations. Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a physician. Assist with procedures performed in the office. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Ability to work well on your own and meet deadlines. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) Experience with EMR/EHR systems like Eclinical works is highly desirable. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
