Job Description

Flexible Per Diem Nursing Opportunities - Hampton's and East End Cases Baylin Home Care is a New York State licensed home care agency based in Southampton, serving clients across Long Island and the East End. We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for flexible, per diem opportunities providing home-based nursing visits who can service Southampton, Water Mill, Bridgehapton, Sag Harbor, East Hampton and other areas of the East End of Long Island.
What This Role Offers:
Flexible scheduling — accept cases based on your availability No contracts or minimum commitments Short visits (typically 1-3 hours) Low-acuity, easy-to-manage cases Local assignments across Long Island and the East End Supportive and responsive office team
Types of Visits Include:
Post-hospital recovery check-ins Medication setup and oversight Wellness visits and monitoring Chronic condition follow-ups Occasional private duty nursing
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on visit type and case complexity. Hourly and per-visit opportunities available.
