- Conduct patient check-ins, track progress, and provide motivation and education.
- Monitor for potential side effects and report concerns to the provider.
- Support patient adherence to weight loss protocols through encouragement and guidance. General Clinical Support (as needed):
- Assist in basic primary care services if cross-trained.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow all medical protocols, infection control, and safety procedures.
- Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for patients. Qualifications & Requirements
- Active LPN license in New York State.
- Experience in administering injections.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a wellness-focused environment.
- Passion for holistic health and patient wellness is a plus. Schedule & Compensation
