At Ohioans Home Healthcare , we have an excellent full time, dayshift opportunity for Licensed Practical Nurses who enjoy the freedom and independence of providing exceptional care to patients in the privacy and comfort of their homes. Under the supervision of an RN and covering the Toledo area, you will assess, plan and implement patient care; educate patients and family on disease processes, procedures and medications; and address various patient needs, including wound care, trachs, G/J tubes, Foley caths and medication administration.
