Responsibilities include:

Collaborating with a team to deliver quality care aligned with our core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration. Administering medications and treatments per personalized care plans. Offering exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Qualifications and skills:

Valid, unencumbered state Nursing License. Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus but not required; 1+ years of LPN experience preferred.
