What You'll Do This role will have a unique combination of clinical care, sports medicine support, patient experience, and medical membership growth.

You will:

Provide IV therapy and other clinical services within your scope of practice and training TRT hormone injections Blood draws Serve as Dr. Shawn Bailey's nurse/LPN , assisting with patient care, clinical workflow, and follow-up Help prepare individualized patient reports and recommendations for Dr. Bailey's patients, with a particular focus on sports medicine, performance, recovery, and health optimization Work directly with patients to create an exceptional experience from their first interaction through ongoing care Educate prospective members about THE ARMORY's medical membership and help convert qualified prospects into members Build relationships with patients and members and become a trusted point of contact for their healthcare and performance needs Assist with labs, testing, IV services, documentation, patient communication, and other clinical responsibilities Help coordinate care and ensure patients follow through with recommended testing, services, and next steps Collaborate with physicians, trainers, dietitians, therapists, and other members of the

team Jump into other areas of the business when needed to help the team succeed This Role Is About More Than Nursing At THE ARMORY, you may spend part of your day starting an IV, part of your day helping Dr. Bailey prepare for patient visits, part of your day talking with a prospective medical member, and part of your day helping solve a problem that technically isn't in your job description. The Person We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: An active LPN or RN license Licensed and competent to perform IV therapy Energetic, outgoing, and highly personable A natural relationship builder Comfortable talking to people and explaining services Motivated by goals and capable of helping drive medical membership sales Confident enough to take initiative without constantly needing direction Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Interested in sports medicine, performance, longevity, recovery, and health optimization A team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed Someone who takes ownership and follows through Comfortable working with physicians and being part of a multidisciplinary team What Will Make You Stand Out You don't need to check every box. Experience in any of the following is a plus: Sports medicine IV therapy Concierge or membership-based medicine Performance medicine Functional or preventative medicine Athlete care Phlebotomy and lab services Patient sales or membership sales Health, fitness, or wellness Working directly with physicians Most importantly, we want someone with the right personality and mindset.
