We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN/RN will provide high-quality patient care, support residents and families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and report changes to providers Maintain accurate and timely documentation Supervise and support STNAs/CNAs as appropriate Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations Provide patient and family education

Qualifications:

Current LPN/LVN or RN license in the state of Ohio Current CPR/BLS certification Previous nursing experience preferred (long-term care experience a plus) Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
