- Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care experience required
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements
- Ability to perform required job duties, including lifting and mobility assistance Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Assist nursing and medical staff with resident care
- Evaluate patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Explain treatments and procedures to residents and families
- Change dressings and bandages and monitor healing progress
