Duties Perform patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to inform care plans. Administer medications accurately following prescribed protocols while monitoring for adverse reactions. Supervise the Residential Aides Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS). Proven experience in diverse clinical environments such as hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or outpatient clinics. Ability to work effectively with individuals and challenges across settings like home & community care or long-term care facilities.
