The Essentials Schedule:
Full-Time 36 hours per week | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-5:00
PMLocation:
Independence, OHSpecialty:
Orthopedics, Pain Management What You'll Do Provide direct patient care and clinical support in a fast-paced outpatient specialty practice.

Room patients, obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and other information in the electronic medical record (EMR).Assist physicians and advanced practice providers with examinations, procedures, and patient care activities.

Prepare and administer injections as directed by providers; perform dressing changes, suture/staple removal, and assist with casting, splinting, and durable medical equipment (DME) application.

Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, prescription requests, and patient follow-up care.
What We're Looking For Education:
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program required.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred. Experience in outpatient, ambulatory, orthopedic, plastics, or adult/pediatric specialty care settings preferred.
License/Certifications:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio required. BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
Skills:
Strong clinical assessment, patient care, communication, organization, and critical thinking skills. Ability to assist with injections, dressing changes, suture/staple removal, casting, splinting, and DME application. Knowledge of infection control, HIPAA compliance, and EMR systems preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
