Job Description
We're reaching out to local independent provider nurses regarding several individuals in Portage County that are in need of additional providers (ODM and DODD hours). We are also looking for nurses that are interested in working for the agencies associated with these cases (Primary Care nursing, and others) The most urgent needs are the following, and all of these folks use a trach/vent/wheelchair: D needs an ODM nurse every other Tues and Sat 7p-7a to be able to come home from the hospital! J needs care 8-430 Tues, Thurs and Sat. ODM. M Kent needs Monday through Friday 3pm-10pm to cover TPN needs. Hours can be flexible as she needs full time RN nursing. staffing can be 40 hours a week. Flexible schedule. IO or PDN P Ravenna Mondays 12:30pm until around 9:30pm -10pm, Tuesdays Wednesdays, 8 hours and Fridays 12-hour shift and every other weekend twelve-hour flexible shifts. IO or PDN S Kent needs additional night shift nursing. Days and hours flexible. IO or PDN B Kent needs 7-4 (week 1 M, F, Sat and week 2 Sunday and Friday) If you would like more info about any of these individuals, please reach out and I'll connect you with their SSA.
