At Community First Solutions, our nursing team takes a resident-first approach—ensuring wellness plans are guided by each individual's needs and goals. As a Staff Nurse LPN/RN, you'll work side-by-side with our caregivers, providing direct bedside care, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support residents' health and well-being. You'll also guide and mentor caregivers, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment. Your leadership at the bedside helps set the tone for quality, compassion, and teamwork—making Community First Solutions a place where both residents and staff thrive.
Locations Montage Mason Schedules Nightshift:
7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Opportunities Full Time 3 Days per week (36hr) which will include every other weekend and being included in a holiday rotation as well. Pay & Perks Competitive pay based on licensure Employee recognition programs Referral bonuses

Qualifications Education - Graduate from an Ohio Board of Nursing approved nursing program or school of nursing Licenses - Must have an active LPN or RN license in the state of Ohio, CPR certified Specialized Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities Excellent bedside manner Stong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working with an electronic health record system
