Overview The Ridge at Miamisburg, a Ridgeline Management community at Miamisburg, Ohio, is currently seeking the best caregivers and Med Techs to join our dedicated healthcare team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with diverse care needs. Pay depends on position accepted and experience. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive resident care by assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility support, and feeding. Administer medications accurately following prescribed protocols, including medication administration and tube feeding. Monitor vital signs and observe changes in health status, documenting findings meticulously using electronic health record (EHR) system. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding medical records and ensuring confidentiality at all times. Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic medical documentation systems to ensure seamless continuity of care. Qualifications Prior experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, or home & community care environments is preferred, but we'll train the right candidates. Must pass a criminal background check and be eligible to work in the United States.
