Licensed Practical Nurses Gigi's Place on Spring Valley is looking for compassionate, dependable LPNs who want the opportunity to practice nursing in a more personal and meaningful way. We are a small, 16-resident community in Miamisburg where nurses have the time to truly know the people they care for. Our standard is not simply completing medications and documentation—it is providing exceptional, thoughtful care while helping each resident feel safe, comfortable, and valued. Our LPNs will be responsible for: Safely administering medications and completing accurate documentation Monitoring residents and responding appropriately to changes in condition Communicating with physicians, pharmacies, hospice, home health, and families Assisting with care plans and coordinating resident services Stocking and maintaining the medication cart Providing direct, hands-on resident care alongside the care team Supporting caregivers and helping maintain a calm, resident-first environment At Gigi's, no one is "just the nurse." We work together, help one another, and do what is needed to give our residents the care they deserve. We are looking for nurses who are clinically responsible, compassionate, dependable, and attentive to the small details that make a big difference. Experience in assisted living, geriatrics, hospice, or dementia care is preferred. $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
