  • Full-time Elmwood Assisted Living of New Bremen is currently hiring for a Full-Time LPN for 3rd Shift!
Hours are 11pm-7am 4 days a week. $1,500 Sign on Bonus for LPNs! Ask us about our Perfect Attendance incentive, pick up Pay incentive and mandation pay incentive and much more!

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Monitor and record vital signs of residents
  • Provide patient education on disease prevention and health promotion
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records
  • Other duties as assigned Maintains records reflecting residents' conditions, medication, treatment, and responses.
Bathes and feeds residents. Plans for admissions under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. In charge of immediate, complete, and accurate update of resident's records in accordance with physician orders and nursing observations.
Requirements:
  • Active LPN license in good standing
  • Experience with geriatrics preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
