POSITION SUMMARY
Assist provider(s) with patient treatment, prepares patient for provider(s), and performs various clerical duties. The position is best suited for an energetic and highly motivated employee that is capable of multi-tasking.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
Example of Essential Duties:
1. Assist provider(s) with patient care (i.e.: assisting with minor procedures/surgeries such as removing sutures, staples, moles, etc.). 2. Escorting patients to exam rooms. 3. Preparing exam rooms. 4. Preparing patient for providers (i.e.: histories, blood pressure, vitals, etc.). 5. Sterilizing and preparing instruments. Other Essential Duties May Include (but are not limited to): 6. Administering injections. 7. At the request of provider, calling in prescription refills. 8. Order and maintain exam room supplies and instruments. 9. Follow up with lab work and/or x-rays. 10. Various clerical duties (i.e.: answering phones, scheduling appointments, handling patient charts, etc.). 11. Traveling between practice offices to cover staffing needs. 12. Other duties as assigned.

Education:
- Licenses Nursing Degree with Current State Licensure
- OH and MI Licensure
