As our Traveling LPN, you'll move with one provider across multiple Pain Zero clinics, keeping the day running smoothly, patients supported, and procedures flowing. Every day is different, fast, and full of impact. Position Summary The Traveling Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is the dedicated clinical partner to one provider in a high‑volume, procedure‑driven interventional pain management practice . You'll travel daily with the provider across four clinic locations, ensuring seamless workflow, consistent patient experience, and efficient procedural support. This role is perfect for an LPN who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to play a key role in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care. Core Responsibilities Set the tone for a fast‑moving clinic day by preparing procedure rooms and ensuring all equipment is ready for high‑volume interventional pain procedures. Welcome patients with confidence and efficiency , gather vitals, update histories, and prepare them for procedures while maintaining a warm, professional experience. Partner directly with the provider during injections and interventions , delivering seamless procedural support with excellent sterile technique and anticipation of needs. Keep the day on track by managing rapid patient turnover without compromising safety, accuracy, or patient comfort. Travel with the provider across four Pain Zero locations — Hilliard, Grove City, Westerville, and New Albany — ensuring consistent workflow and communication. Own the provider's workflow by supporting documentation, entering orders, coordinating imaging, and managing follow‑up tasks. Handle key administrative tasks including prior authorizations, referrals, patient messages, and EMR inbox management. Maintain organized, fully stocked, procedure‑ready rooms at every location. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and communicate proactively with leadership. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver a seamless, patient‑centered clinic experience in a high‑energy environment. Qualifications Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio. Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience required. Experience in interventional pain management, orthopedics, urgent care, or other procedural specialties strongly preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume clinical environment . Strong multitasking, communication, and clinical judgment skills. Proficiency with EMR systems and rapid documentation. Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily between clinic locations. Positive, energetic, team‑oriented mindset. Work Environment High‑volume interventional pain management clinics. Frequent hands‑on procedural support and patient interaction.
