We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. Schedule - Saturday 7am - 7pm Responsibilities Provide One on One care for client always following client's plan of care while maintaining client's dignity and independence Performs medication administration, feedings, oxygen, Trach care as needed per client's plan of care. Accurately documents nursing actions of all care given and communicates with all persons listed on care plan.
