For more than 100 years, St. Mary's Regional Medical Center has proudly served the healthcare needs of northwest Oklahoma. Our team includes more than 125 highly skilled physicians across a wide range of specialties, including Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, Rehabilitation, Laboratory, Women's Imaging, Wound Care, and more. We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team, where you'll play a vital role in delivering high‑quality patient care within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Summary of Job:
Performs the functions of LPN in implementing and evaluating nursing care for all assigned patient care in collaboration with a registered nurse. Practices nursing in accordance with established standard of practice, policies and procedures.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Participates in the modification of the plan of care by collaborating with other members of the multidisciplinary team with consideration of the developmental needs of the patient. Participates in the evaluation of the patient's response to interventions based upon predicted outcome Reassesses the patient as defined in the Nursing Standards of Care Policy and modifies the plan of care as needed. Contributes to the assessment of the patient by conducting focused assessments of the patient. Collects data and compares the data collected to the patient's previous condition and documents/reports as appropriate.

Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited LPN program. Current LPN license in Oklahoma. BLS (current upon hire). Venipuncture skills required. One year of full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting preferred. De-escalation training (TEAM) completed within 6 months of hire. Basic computer skills.
