Position Title:

Licensed Practical Nurse Location:

Lawton

OK 73501

Duration:

06 to 12 Months with possible extension

Shift:

3x12 Day shift (03 days a week)

Job Responsibilities:

Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. Assist patients with basic daily care and nursing needs. Administer medications as ordered and within the scope of certification/licensure. Monitor patients and report any changes in their condition. Assist nurses and other healthcare providers with patient care. Perform routine nursing procedures according to training and facility policies. Document patient information, care provided, and observations accurately. Assist with implementing patient care plans. Communicate important patient information to the supervising nurse or healthcare team. Maintain patient safety, confidentiality, and a clean healthcare environment. Follow all correctional facility, healthcare, and safety procedures.

License and Certification:

Active LPN License BLS or CPR Certificate Pay:

$33.95 - $40.89 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week
