Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate RN or LPN to provide one-on-one care for a client in a private home setting in Northwest Oklahoma City. This is a consistent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys building a relationship with a client and providing attentive, individualized care. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently in a home environment and caring for a client with complex care needs. A background in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or a similar setting would be especially beneficial, but is not required. Responsibilities Provide nursing care in accordance with the established plan of care Monitor the client's condition and report changes appropriately Assist with daily care needs and ensure the client's safety and comfort Communicate effectively with the client, family, and care team Complete required nursing documentation Provide compassionate, respectful, one-on-one care Qualifications Current Oklahoma RN or LPN license in good standing Previous nursing experience preferred Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or similar experience is a plus Comfortable working independently in a home setting Dependable, compassionate, and attentive to detail Strong communication skills This is a great opportunity for a nurse looking for consistent hours and the opportunity to provide meaningful one-on-one care in a home environment.
