The goal for our Weight Loss Clinic is to provide comprehensive care that goes beyond traditional medication management by utilizing and providing multiple proven tools to empower our weight loss and clinic patients to help create a healthier self. Our highly experienced staff and extensive services are tailored to each individual to help achieve whatever weight loss goals they have Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Growth opportunities Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes. Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Assist in weight loss programs by educating patients on nutrition and lifestyle changes. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Qualifications Valid LPN license and certification Proficient in patient care and assessment Knowledge of EHR systems and HIPAA regulations Basic life support certification Familiarity with weight loss management and health coaching Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
