Full Job Description Day Shift LPN Job Summary:
As a Day Shift LPN at Beacon Ridge Nursing, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents while working collaboratively with our healthcare team. About the
Role:
As a Day Shift LPN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing direct care, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and address the unique needs of each resident.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and assisting with daily living activities Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team and physician Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve care outcomes and resident satisfaction
