LPN/Medical Assistant

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN or Medical Assistant to join our family clinic. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our medical staff and ensuring high-quality patient care. This position requires a blend of clinical skills, administrative abilities, and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Duties Assist physician with patient examinations and procedures. Administer injections and perform diagnostic evaluations as directed by physicians. Conduct laboratory tests and manage specimen collection while adhering to infection control standards. Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR). Maintain cleanliness and organization of medical equipment and examination rooms. Skills Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality. Experience administering injections and performing diagnostic evaluations. Knowledge of infection control practices within a clinical setting. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
