Make up to $42/hour — W-2 (Full Benefits Included) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - 1:1 Student Support Beaverton, Oregon In-Person 32 Hours per Week
ABOUT THE ROLE
Liricare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one nursing support for a student in a school setting in Beaverton, Oregon . This is an in-person position working approximately 32 hours per week , where you'll play a vital role in helping a student safely participate in their educational program while collaborating with teachers, families, and the district nursing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide one-on-one nursing care throughout the school day. Monitor the student's medical condition and overall well-being. Administer medications and treatments as directed by physician orders and the student's care plan. Assist with health-related procedures and activities of daily living as needed. Maintain accurate health records and documentation. Communicate with the supervising Registered Nurse, school staff, and family regarding the student's care. Respond appropriately to medical needs and emergencies. Support the student's safe participation in classroom and school activities.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

QUALIFICATIONS
Active Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Current CPR/BLS certification. Pediatric, school-based, or one-on-one nursing experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with school personnel and supervising nursing staff. Compassionate, dependable, and student-centered approach to care.
