Registered Nurse - Health Center Dallas Retirement Village | Dallas, OR We're looking for a skilled and dependable nurse to provide both hands-on care and shift leadership within our Health Center. At Dallas Retirement Village, the Charge Nurse plays a key role in overseeing daily nursing operations while ensuring residents receive high-quality, compassionate care. This position supports nursing assistants, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, and helps maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents.
