Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Charge Nurse will play a crucial role in overseeing patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of nursing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and treatment in various clinical settings
• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to deliver high-quality care
• Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Administer IV infusions and medications as prescribed
• Perform urgent care procedures and acute pain management
• Conduct tube feeding management
• Monitor infection control practices to maintain a safe environment
• Ensure accurate coding and documentation of patient records
