Hearthstone Nursing & Rehabilitation Center - Medford, OR Pay Ranges from: $37.97/HR - $53.58/HR (based on licensed experience + Shift Differential)

Qualifications:
Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in practicing state. Ability to assess resident needs Skilled in developing individual care plans for patients Supervision of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care A passion for making a difference in the lives of others Ability to follow state and Federal rules and regulations which govern the practices within the facility.
