Description As a Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you will be called to care when you're needed most. As a Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will: Present the Hospice benefit to patients and their families/representatives Assess signs and symptoms of discomfort including presence of pain and takes prompt and appropriate action Follow established plan of care while collaborating and communicating with RN Case Manager and Interdisciplinary Team, including physician, as appropriate Communicate with patients' family or friends to provide advice, comfort, and release instructions. Licensure:
