Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Pediatric Home Health, providing one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes.Responsibilities:
Support pediatric patients with nursing needs, collaborate closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership, and adhere to care plans following CDC safety guidelines. Deliver care confidently and consistently in a safe environment.Qualifications & Skills:
Valid Pennsylvania LPN or Multistate License TB Skin Test or Blood Test, BLS CPR certification (in-person) Valid driver's license Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, vent managementKey Duties & Support:
