Licensed Practical Nurse LPN:

Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. One year of acute care clinical or commensurate experience preferred. Home health care or a related appropriate experience preferred. Must have dependable transportation with a valid driver's license. Independently visit patients in their homes.
