The Community Nurse will be responsible for supporting independent living residents with clinical needs while serving as a key clinical resource to residents.

Qualifications:

Current PA nursing license LPN in good standing, required Current CPR certification, required Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record, required Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living, highly desirable Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems, required Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude, required Must be a self-starter, able to work on a team and alone, required Benefits (dependent upon eligibility): Excellent Health, Dental and Vision plans Group Life Insurance Pet Insurance Employee Assistant Program Loyalty Bonuses Generous PTO 403(b) Retirement Plan
