AM Compensation Options:
Tier 1- W-2 with Benefits $35.00/hour Includes a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, holiday pay (where applicable), Workers' Compensation, Unemployment Coverage, and Employer Tax Withholding. Tier 2
- W-2 No Benefits $39.

1099 Independent Contractors are not eligible for Workers' Compensation, Employee Benefits, Unemployment Benefits, or Employer Tax Withholding. Independent Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.What You'll Do:
- Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report findings.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
- Collect vital signs and perform ongoing patient observations.
- Accurately document nursing care within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Collaborate with physicians, Registered Nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Promote resident safety while maintaining a respectful, compassionate care environment.
- Follow nursing standards, facility policies, and infection control procedures.
- Support quality patient outcomes through excellent communication and teamwork.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or eligibility to sit for the Pennsylvania LPN licensing examination.
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to provide verifiable education, employment history, and references.
