LPN/LVN - Licensed Practical Nurse Pleasant Ridge Manor | Fairview, PA Pleasant Ridge Manor is hiring experienced LPN/LVNs for an evening shift in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting.

Position Details Shift:

2:45 PM-11:00

PM Schedule:

Every other weekend

Hours:

38 hours/week

Start Date:

September 8, 2026

Assignment:

15 weeks

Setting:

LTC/SNF EMR

PointClickCare (PCC)

Positions:

2 Requirements Active

PA LPN/LVN

license or approved compact eligibility 1+ year LTC experience within the last 3 years BLS certification Prior PCC experience Wound measurement experience Driver's license required with application Responsibilities Medication and treatment administration Blood glucose/insulin administration IV medications and antibiotics Wound care and measurements Tube feedings, catheter and trach care Vital signs, assessments, oxygen management Documentation and incident reporting Resident ADL assistance

Additional:
