- Licensed Practical Nurse $29.
Full and Part-Time:
2:30pm to 11pm. Qualifications of LPN- Resident Care Coordinator
Licensed Practical Nurse:
Graduate of an accredited program of Licensed Practical NursingLPN. PA LPN
- Licensed Practical Nurse License. IV Therapy Certification required. Prefer minimum of one (1) year experience in geriatric field. Prefer CPR Certification. LPN

Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary:
Participate in collection of assessment data to develop a plan of care including education for the residents. Conduct inventories, administer medications and treatment. Provide emotional and psychological support when needed. Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to nursing supervisor and initiating corrective action immediately. Observe residents under treatment to identify progress, side-effects. Monitor residents' condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts.
