All Shifts available- Part-time, Full-time, Per Diem Sign on Bonus $3.00 afternoon shift differential $1.25 midnight Shift Differential $2.00 holiday shift differential $2.00 weekend differential STAR attendance bonus ($750 quarterly following the attendance policy) Referral bonus Who Are You? As a Licensed Practical Nurse at St. Paul's, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to residents under the direction and supervision of the Administrator. What You Will Do:
Provide compassionate care: Prepare and administer medication; treatments, tube feedings, suctioning, etc., including IV therapy as permitted under the Nurse Practice Act. 11 Monitor health conditions and assist with daily living activities, ensuring our residents are healthy and happy. Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident care; make rounds/visits with each resident daily Record/document all pertinent information on resident records and report information to supervisor Admit, discharge and transfer residents, including assessment of the resident initiation/ completion of required paperwork. Collaborate with
Dynamic Team:
Work alongside our skilled nursing staff, healthcare professionals, and support team to deliver exceptional care Report pertinent observations, changes and responses regarding resident's conditions to nurse supervisor/manager and physicians. Participate in development of resident care plan; conduct care plan conference (when applicable); update care plans; inform Nurse Aide of plan of care. Make rounds with the physician providing information regarding resident status and needs; assists the physician in complying with regulations i.e. orders, progress notes, etc. Records physicians visits in the physician book. Assign and direct care of resident to Nurse Aide. Provides supervision of and leadership for the Nurse Aides. Completes and reviews evaluation of Nurse Aide Build meaningful

Engage with residents and their families, fostering a warm and trusting environment Keeps resident/family informed of changes in condition, plan of care, treatments or medications. Provides support to family members.
