Role:

As aLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Richland Nursing and Rehab, you will be responsible for: Delivering exceptional patient care to our residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring Conducting assessments, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to meet the unique needs of each resident Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and address resident concerns Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance our care and service

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Administer medications, injections, and treatments as ordered by a physician Monitor and document patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises as needed Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents
