Newly-licensed LPN's earn a base rate of $31.50, with higher rates for experienced LPN's. LPN's are also eligible for generous shift differentials ($3.00 extra per hour on the evening shift, $2.00 extra per hour on the night shift, plus $1.00 extra per hour on weekends). Full-time and flexible part-time opportunities for LPN's are typically available on all shifts, in our 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and in our 20-bed Short Term Rehabilitation Center. Brethren Village's LPN's provide the highest-quality clinical care, while fostering positive and supportive relationships with older adult Residents, to enhance their physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being. Our LPN's work cooperatively with RN's and CNA's to monitor health status and provide direct patient care. Typical Work Schedules Full-time, benefits-eligible, 37.5 to 40 hours per week: 8-hour and 12-hour per day schedules are typically available on all shifts; work days will vary a bit from week to week and typically include periodic weekends and every other holiday; some Monday through Friday positions are available
