  • 2:00 PM Hillcrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team.

Open Positions Full-Time:
Three 12-hour shifts per week (rotating schedule)
Shift:
6:00 PM
  • 6:00 AM $2.
00 added shift differential Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and team members Monitor, document, and report patient care and progress Participate in training, education, and ongoing professional development Qualifications Active Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing Strong clinical, organizational, and time management skills Ability to perform physical duties related to resident care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Why Hillcrest Join a team that values compassion, teamwork, and respect.
