Job Description

Sunshine Pediatric Day Center, an innovative pediatric health care facility in Reading PA, is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to join our forward-thinking team. Qualifications:
Must be licensed as a Nurse in PA Possession of a valid CPR certificate
Core Responsibilities:
Collaborate with multidisciplinary health care team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive patient care plans Ensure patient comfort and facilitate cooperation during examinations and therapeutic procedures Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, respiratory rate, and heart rate and initiate timely corrective actions for any adverse symptomatology Perform a range of physical, medical, and diagnostic assessments Administer prescribed medications accurately, documenting all actions in accordance with established protocols Identify and report adverse reactions to medications or treatments promptly Deliver educational support and information to patients families to enhance understanding and engagement Maintain concise, accurate, and timely records of patient care using the appropriate formats and systems Execute additional duties as assigned, tailored to the specific clinical environment
