Week 1: Sunday

•Wednesday Week 2: Sunday

•Thursday Consistent overnight hours

DX / CARE NEEDS

Leigh syndrome Tracheostomy and ventilator dependent WIC dependent Requires lift for transfers

REQUIREMENTS

Active Pennsylvania LPN or RN license Compassionate, dependable and attentive Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care preferred Willingness to learn and provide high-quality care Ability to work independently while communicating with the clinical team
