Description
Sthenos Technologies is hiring Correctional Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for float / rotating 8-hour shifts at SCI Laurel Highlands, a secure correctional facility. LPNs provide direct nursing care within scope, administer medications and treatments, support sick-call and chronic care, and document accurately while following institutional security procedures.
Requirements:
active PA LPN license in good standing; current BLS/CPR; correctional or institutional experience preferred. This is a full-time, W-2 contract position through Sthenos Technologies, working on-site at SCI Laurel Highlands. Sthenos Technologies is the employer of record and pay is processed weekly.
Pay:
$40-$46 per hour, paid weekly. Credentialing completed through Sthenos before start: active PA LPN license in good standing; current BLS/CPR (AHA); government-issued photo ID; PA State Police criminal background check (ePATCH); FBI fingerprint clearance; PA Child Abuse History Clearance; pre-employment physical; TB screening; immunization and flu records; professional references; pre-employment drug screen.
