Full Time LPN/RN Needed at Souderton Mennonite Homes in New Memory Care Unit! 1st and 2nd shift opportunities! Living Branches wants you to join our team! Come Live & Grow

LPN/RN Overview:
Utilize the nursing process, procedures and techniques to perform various duties such as evaluating resident needs, developing individual care plans, administering nursing care, and evaluating nursing care Ensures that temperature, pulse, blood pressure and other vital sign checks including pacemakers checks are completed and recorded Responds and reacts to emergency calls from residents. Notifies physicians, supervisor, family or other appropriate personnel when unusual resident condition exists. Valid LPN/RN License 2-4 years of related experience (Preferred) Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, has ability to prioritize work and address emergencies as they may occur Knowledge of HIPPA rules and regulations and of regulations and guidelines governing personal care and/or long-term care At Living Branches, a community with a 5-star CMS rating, our roots run deep!
