You will manage the nursing team, lead your aides, inspire your leadership team, assist with tours, engage with residents and families, and bring creativity, energy, and inspiration every single day. Hold engaging meetings, dive into established programs, attend exciting community events, and enjoy a resident population that is engaged, lively, and upscale. Make sure compliance and regulations are followed; experience with Assisted Living compliance is required. The social model is real and thriving with no hoyers, weekly live concerts, daily shopping trips, themed dining events, wine dinners, spa-style amenities, and a full fitness center. Residents live an active, healthy, and social life that few communities can match. You will work Monday to Friday with a seasoned Executive Director and a team that truly loves geriatric care and understands the standards of a luxury, high-end community.
